Origins
Crossed by Peter Morio at the Institute of viticulture in Geilweilerhof.

Description of wine
Bacchus wines are high in extract with a bouquet of exotic fruits and moderate acidity. Bacchus wines can resemble the flavours found in Sauvignon Blanc.

How to store and combine with food
Bacchus is often vinified as an off-dry wine and can be enjoyed on its own although it also goes well with pasta or spicy Asian cuisine.
